Q. When I accessed the survey, it was closed. Why does this happen?
A. We are generally looking for a specific number of panelists for every survey. Some surveys receive a higher response than others from AskingCanadiansTM members. Once we reach the desired number of responses for a particular survey - even though some members still haven't responded - the survey is closed.
Q. How do I participate in surveys?
A. Survey invitations will be emailed directly to the email address you provided upon joining AskingCanadiansTM. Simply click on the link that appears in the invitation and you will be taken directly to the survey. If you have problems with the link, get help here.
Q. How many survey invitations should I expect to receive each month?
A. The number of surveys you will receive every month will vary significantly. The number of invitations you receive will depend on how often your characteristics match with those we are looking for in order to complete our surveys. For example, if we only need feedback from men in a particular month, you will not receive any surveys in that month if you are female.
Q. How can I get more surveys?
A. The number of surveys you receive is solely dependent upon how often your characteristics match with those we are looking for, so there is no way to request more surveys.
