Q. How do I get an Aeroplan Card?
A. If you do not already have an Aeroplan Card and want to choose this reward, you must enrol into the Aeroplan program. Go to www.aeroplan.com/enroll.do to enrol into the program and receive your 9-digit Aeroplan Number immediately.
Q. What if I have forgotten my Aeroplan Number?
A. If you have forgotten your card number, please call the Aeroplan contact centre at 1-800-361-5373. The agent will authenticate you, and upon successful account match, will provide your Aeroplan Number.
Q. What should I do if I've lost my Aeroplan Card?
A. If you have lost your Aeroplan Card, please go to www.aeroplan.com/home.do (select your preferred language if necessary). If you know your number and password, login and click "Your Profile" under "Your Aeroplan". On the first page of "Your Profile", scroll down to "Lost your Aeroplan Card?" and click "Order a new card". If you do not know your number and password, go to www.aeroplan.com/home.do and click "Help" at the top of the page. Choose "Lost Aeroplan Card" and follow the instructions to reset your password and order a replacement card. Alternatively, you can contact the appropriate Aeroplan call centre at 1-800-361-5373. When you receive your new Aeroplan Card, you must login to the AskingCanadiansTM portal and update your Profile with the new number.
Q. How do I view the Aeroplan Miles that I've earned for participation in surveys?
A. To view the status of your entire Aeroplan Card, please visit www.aeroplan.com. The miles you earn from your participation in AskingCanadiansTM surveys will appear in your Aeroplan Account within 30-60 days after completion of each survey.
Q. How do I redeem my Aeroplan Miles?
A. You may redeem your Aeroplan Miles at any time by visiting the "Use Your Miles" section of www.aeroplan.com.
