Q. How do I get an Hbc Rewards card number?
A. If you do not already have an Hbc Rewards card number and want to earn this reward, you must enrol into the Hbc Rewards program. Go to the "Enroll" section of www.Hbcrewards.com to enrol into the program and receive your Hbc Rewards card number immediately.
Q. What if I have forgotten my Hbc Rewards card number?
A. If you have forgotten your card number, please locate your Hbc Rewards card and enter the number. If you cannot find your Hbc Rewards card, please go to www.Hbcrewards.com and find out how to order a replacement card.
Q. What should I do if I've lost my Hbc Rewards card, or if my Hbc Rewards number has expired?
A. If you have lost your Hbc Rewards card or your card number has expired, please go to www.Hbcrewards.com and find out how to receive a new number. When you receive your new number, you must login to the AskingCanadiansTM portal and update your Profile with your new card number.
Q. How do I view the Hbc Rewards bonus points that I've earned for participating in surveys?
A. To view the status of your entire Hbc Rewards account, please visit the "Your Account" section of www.Hbcrewards.com. The points you earn from your participation in AskingCanadiansTM surveys will appear in your Hbc Rewards account within 30-60 days after completion of each survey.
Q. How do I redeem my Hbc Rewards bonus points?
A. You may redeem your Hbc Rewards bonus points at any time by visiting the "Redeem Points" section of www.Hbcrewards.com.
