Q. What are my reward options for my participation in AskingCanadiansTM surveys?
A. When you join the AskingCanadiansTM panel, you'll be asked to select a single reward from the following list of reward options:
- Hbc Rewards bonus points - You can choose to earn valuable Hbc Rewards points that can be redeemed for hundreds of great items including Hbc merchandise. Every survey you receive will tell you how many Hbc Rewards bonus points you'll earn or will be eligible to win for your participation. You must have an Hbc Rewards card number in order to earn this reward.
OR
- Aeroplan Miles - You can choose to earn Aeroplan Miles that can be redeemed for a wide variety of items including flights all over the world. Every survey you receive will tell you how many Aeroplan Miles you'll earn or will be eligible to win for your participation. You must have an Aeroplan card number in order to earn this reward.
OR
- Other great rewards - You can choose to be rewarded in other fun ways, such as entries into contests and draws. Every survey you receive will tell you exactly what you'll get for your participation.
Q. Which reward option is the most valuable?
A. The most valuable reward option is whichever option is most valuable to YOU! It depends entirely on your individual preference. If you want to learn more about the value of Hbc Rewards bonus points, visit www.hbcrewards.com. If you want to learn more about the value of Aeroplan Miles, visit www.aeroplan.com
Q. Can I choose to earn more than one reward option?
A. No. You must choose one out of the 3 reward options and for all of the surveys you take, you will earn your chosen reward. However, if you change your mind you can switch and choose to receive one of the other 2 reward options.
Q. Can I change my mind after I make my initial reward selection?
A. Yes. If you decide that you would rather earn a different reward than the one you indicated upon joining the AskingCanadiansTM panel, simply follow these steps:
1. Go to the Login section of our website
2. Enter your Email address and Password
3. Go to Your Profile in your Member Area
4. Click on the Update profile link
5. Modify the reward choice in your profile
6. Enter the appropriate card number (if required)
7. Click "Submit" to save your changes.
Please note that it could take up to 10 days for a change in your reward choice to be reflected in the surveys you receive. In the meantime, you may receive surveys reflecting your original reward choice. Please be patient while our system catches up with your request.
