Q. How many rewards can I expect to receive for my participation in surveys?
A. Each invitation will tell you the exact quantity of your chosen reward that you will receive or be eligible to win for participating in a particular survey. The quantity of your chosen reward will vary depending on two factors: the urgency of the survey (more urgent surveys will offer more rewards or more valuable draw prizes), and the length of the survey (longer surveys will offer more rewards or more valuable draw prizes). Remember, if you do not qualify to complete a survey (i.e. if your characteristics do not match those required) you will still receive or be entered into a draw to win a "thank you" reward for your time.
Q. How long after taking a survey will I receive my rewards?
A. The length of time it will take for you to receive your rewards depends upon which reward option you select when you join the
AskingCanadiansTM panel.
- Hbc Rewards bonus points - It will take 30-60 days after completion of each survey for your points to appear in your
Hbc Rewards account.
- Aeroplan Miles - It will take 30-60 days after completion of each survey for your miles to appear in your Aeroplan account.
- Other great rewards - the length of time it will take for you to receive these rewards will vary and will be explained in each survey invitation you receive.
